Last month the Queen of Martyrs School Advisory Board hosted two open forum meetings to collect parent input for the drafting of a Three Year Strategic Plan for Queen of Martyrs School.  At these meetings, QM parents shared their valuable input and perspectives in preparation for the creation of the new Strategic Plan, which will focus on the future growth and success of the QM school community through academic excellence, faith formation, and building upon a family-centered culture.

During these meetings, Principal Stephen Davidson and Father Benedykt Pazdan announced several steps to help families afford the cost of Catholic education in the future.  First, tuition and fees from this school year will be frozen for the 2025-2026 school year.  Tuition rates will be as follows:

One (1) K-8 Student:          $6,300

Two (2) K-8 Students:       $10,500

Three (3) or more K-8 Students:   $13,600

Additionally, beginning in the Fall of 2025, tuition costs for a 4th child will be eliminated. The cost of tuition for 4 children or more is currently $14,900. This change will result in a savings of $1,300 for families with 4 or more children. All fees and preschool rates will remain the same.

Mr. Davidson stated in a newsletter sent to parents, "As a Catholic school, we are beyond grateful for the sacrifices that our parents make day-in and day-out to provide their children with a great faith based education."

In addition to the aforementioned changes to tuition, Queen of Martyrs stated their commitment to building upon the many scholarships introduced these past two years.

In 2024-2025, Queen of Martyrs offered more financial aid and scholarships to both current and new families than ever before.  These scholarships included: The Virginia and Phil Davidson Memorial Scholarship, the Carla Kirkland Memorial Scholarship, the Tom and Kay Hanrahan Memorial Scholarship, and New Family Scholarships. With the goal of increasing financial aid offerings next fall, it was announced that five (5) new – $1,000 First Responder Scholarships and a $500 credit for current QM families who refer new families to Queen of Martyrs will be offered.

Mr. Davidson shared "As a school community, we are committed to growing our enrollment, expanding our academic/extracurricular offerings, and assisting families who desire a Catholic education for their children. "
